U-16’s get off to a winning start to their league campaign

Oldcastle 2-18 Summerhill 2-4

Oldcastle welcomed Summerhill for the first match of this U16 league, on a lovely clear spring evening (Tuesday, 28/3/2017) in Millbrook.. Summerhill opened the scoring with a goal on the 3rd minute but this was quickly cancelled out by the home side and once they took the lead the result was never in doubt.

Best for Oldcastle were Joseph Lynch, Ciaran Healy, Colin Hawdon and Mark Coyle

Next up is an away trip to Dunderry next Tuesday (4 April).
